@rajsidhu try editing the API key to change the "API Restrictions" to use only the YouTube API and see if that helps.

@rajsidhu add me to your team and I can take a look. The error is stating that you are not properly authenticated to use the API. For fun you can try adding ```&key=YOUR_API_KEY``` to the query string to see what happens.
